All products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at jewishshoponline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist you.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. A return address will be provided if needed.
